As a proud member of the Young Entrepreneur Council, I was stoked to contribute my two cents on how to identify, hire, and keep happy employees. The YEC is an organization that’s invitation only and made up of the globe’s most promising (young) entrepreneurs. We’ve created several thousand jobs and counting! And what we’ve noticed is that, these days, bosses are out in the field—not hiding out in their office.

This is great for creating genuine bonds with your team. I recently talked with Fast Company on behalf of YEC about why it’s critical for managers to take the lead on strengthening the office culture.
